In Memoriam of Ernest R. Caruso

In Memoriam of Ernest R. Caruso

Vice President & Founding Partner

Ernest Caruso, vice-president and founding partner at Caruso McLean, passed away on May 6, 2010.

Ernest founded Caruso McLean on the tenet that people deserved to have a financial advisor who genuinely cared about their clients. He believed in face-to-face conversations about financial goals, plans and investments. He always made time for clients when they called with questions. He felt the best part of being in business was seeing client relationships evolve into friendships.

Ernest cared about the community he lived in, and was a member of the board of the SUNY Institute of Technology Foundation at Utica-Rome, Inc., and was treasurer of the Mohawk Valley Handicapped Persons Association.

Ernest lived in New Hartford, New York with his wife Estelle.
